Autumn Splendor Recipes

As we officially greet the start of fall here this week, the color-rich produce coming in from the gardens is as bright and beautiful as those first turning leaves. Featuring such favorites as Italian eggplant, broccolini, fennel and Little Gem lettuce, as well as lingering summer highlights like yellow peaches, blueberries and heirloom tomatoes, this fall-fresh lineup is also accented by pillowy focaccia bread, farm-fresh eggs, peppery edible flowers and cheery mini bouquets. Enjoy!

Summery September Recipes

We might have turned over the page to the month of September, but the gardens continue to ripen with an abundance of late-summer gems, from luscious heirloom and cherry tomatoes to ripe, juicy melons and peaches. Also including zucchini, sweet peppers, cucumbers and Patty Pan squash, plus a beautiful bounty of herbs and greens, this week’s lineup is accented by such provisions as Pain au Levain bread, Italian olive oil and flaky sea salt, Harmony Field’s sheep’s milk feta and chicken eggs. Enjoy!

Season to Season Recipes

With the swing from cloudy and drippy to amazingly-sunny and crisp, the weather has us—and the gardens—towing the line between summer and fall. Luckily, that also means that we are enjoying produce from both seasons as summery favorites like heirloom tomatoes, corn, late season blueberries and unique purple Islander peppers continue to delight alongside new offerings like Delicata squash and beautiful Shipova pears. Also included: Gruyère cheese bread, farm-fresh eggs and red wine so you can toast to whatever season is at hand today.
