Complete with toothsome Udon noodles, our spice-infused chicken broth, and an array of spring produce that includes the likes of baby bok choy, Chinese cabbage, asparagus and peas, this week’s box invites you to create your own bowlful of goodness utilizing these beautiful Asian flavors. (See this week’s recipes for suggestions for noodle bowl add-ins, then mix, match, sauté and simmer as you please!) Also included in this fresh lineup: Eggs from our heritage-breed laying hens, freshly-baked multigrain bread topped with sunflower seeds, crisp Romaine lettuce, and peppery chive blossoms from the gardens.

Handcrafted Udon Noodles

Beautiful potato-starch Udon noodles to help you build your customizable bowl this week—and it’s a snap to assemble! Cook these noodles in our Asian-spice infused chicken broth until chewy and toothsome, ladle a healthy helping into a bowl along with some of the cooking broth, and then add in your favorite combination of stir-fried veggies and sautéed greens. (See recipes for ideas!)

Multigrain Bread

Crafted in nearby Snohomish by our favorite bakery, this healthy freshly-baked loaf is made with locally-milled Shepherd’s Grain flour and seven different whole grains, plus a hint of honey and toasted sunflower seeds.

Poggia Anima Raphael Rosato

This salmon-pink Italian rosé features notes of spices, flowers and herbs that complement red berries on the nose and in the mouth. At once dense and juicy, with the light red fruit flavors and floral notes carrying throughout, it is crisp and refreshing; serve it child on a warm day and enjoy!

Farm Fresh Eggs

As they spend more time outdoors in the sunny weather, our heritage breed laying hens are enjoying an extra helping of grain to supplement their diet, and continue to give us fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, beige and cream.

Asian Spice-Infused Chicken Stock

Made from roasted Bella Luna chickens, this flavorful stock is simmered slowly for hours with carrots, onions and celery and seasoned with a dash of sea salt. This week, we have kicked it up a notch by infusing it with big, bold Asian flavors.
