Eat the rainbow: This week’s lineup is truly color-rich, from jumbo asparagus, fennel fronds and baby leeks to red radishes and Morel mushrooms, plus a plethora of spring greens like Bibb lettuce, cantaloupe shoots and red Mizuna, and lots of fragrant herbs. Also accompanying this brightly-hued lineup: Pain au Levain bread, farm-fresh eggs, lemons, Sauk Farm Honeycrisp apple cider, a Béarnaise sauce-inspired spice blend and baking chocolate—enjoy!

Here’s what you’ll find in your box this week:

Locally Foraged Morel Mushrooms

These seasonal mushrooms are only available in the wild, developing a cult following of local ‘mushroom hunters’ who roam our forests looking for this treat of nature. Woodsy and earthy, yet delicate and rich, they are excellent in a variety of dishes, or simply sauté in butter or olive oil with a squeeze of lemon and enjoy on their own!

Pain au Levain Bread

This slightly-nutty, slightly-sweet sourdough bread epitomizes French country-style baking with a chewy crust and light, airy interior. Baked by our favorite bakery in Snohomish, this traditional Pain au Levain is crafted using the bakery’s own sourdough starter.

Château de Campuget Costières de Nîmes 2021

This lovely white Rhône wine features a well-balanced structure, beginning with a round and fruity taste of peach and apricot, and ending on a fresh and persistent note of citrus fruits.

Sauk Farm Honeycrisp Apple Cider

Crafted from cold-pressed Honeycrisp apples grown on Sauk Farm in Concrete, Washington, this refreshing cider is delicious served crisp and cold all on its own, or is mixed into your next cocktail.

Farm Fresh Eggs

As they spend much more time outdoors in their run, our small flock of heritage breed laying hens are enjoying succulent popweed pulled from the gardens along with an extra helping of grain to supplement their diet to give us fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, beige and cream.

La Boîte Bernise Spice Blend

Inspired by classic Béarnaise sauce, and made with tarragon, onion, vinegar powder and other spices, this mix is perfect for fish, grilled meats and salads.

Maison Roucadil Dried Cranberries

Sweet-tart dried cranberries.

Fresh Organic Greens
