It’s almost turkey time! And as families, friends and loved ones gather around the table, this week’s box is filled with farm-fresh provisions to help make your holiday entertaining a breeze—everything from our signature turkey brining kit and tart cranberries to a wealth of produce like winter squash, Yukon Gold potatoes, baby beets, leeks and carrots to utilize in classic side dishes for the big meal. Also included: Challah bread, farm-fresh eggs, gorgeous salad greens and fragrant herbs. Here’s to a happy holiday—and satisfied stomachs, too!
Here’s what you’ll find in your box this week:

Turkey Brining Kit

Our signature dry-brine mixture is crafted from fresh farm herbs, kosher salt and aromatic spices. See this week’s recipes for full instructions on this simple and easy way to produce an incredibly juicy turkey.

Challah Bread

Baked just for us by our favorite bakery in Snohomish, this fresh loaf boasts a sweet, rich flavor thanks to a traditional base of silky eggs and Shepherd’s Grain flour, plus a touch of sugar.

Ercole Barbera del Monferrato 2021

This easy-going, liter sized 100% Barbera red is meant for sharing, bursting with juicy fruit flavors like red cherries, plus hints of lavender, thyme and spice. (Fun fact: The wines by Ercole, which means “Hercules” in Italian, are made by a generations-old co-op of local growers in the Monferrato region of Italy.)

Farm Fresh Eggs

As they spend more time snug in their coop, our heritage breed laying hens are enjoying an extra helping of grain to supplement their diet, and continue to give us fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, beige and cream.

Housemade Crème Fraîche

Our rich and silky crème fraîche is crafted in our farmstead creamery, Bellsong, from pasteurized organic sweet cream.

Organic Cranberries

Tart, ruby-red cranberries to incorporate into your Thanksgiving fare.

Seasonal Organic Greens

Red and yellow Belgian endive, Chioggia radicchio and Romaine lettuce.

Seasonal Fruit

Beautiful Bosc pears, plus Bella Luna-grown Meyer lemons.

Bibb lettuce, Crunchy salad mix, green Italian Bietola Swiss chard and Lacinato kale.
