How it Works
First of all, how does it work? A handcrafted wooden box will be hand-delivered to your doorstep, where it will remain throughout the duration of your subscription. This is where your weekly Farm & Larder goods will be placed each week.
Gifts from the Orchard
This week’s delivery celebrates the orchard’s late-season treasures with a trio of perfectly ripe pears—Orcas, Comice, and Seckel—each offering its own sweet, buttery nuance. They shine alongside hearty fall vegetables, from baby carrots and red beets to Italian peppers and fingerling potatoes, ready for roasting or tossing into a simple autumn salad. Our flock’s fresh eggs and Tunawerth Creamery’s tangy Greek yogurt bring a taste of the farmstead, while a crusty Pain au Levain loaf adds that rustic, French-style finish to every meal. It’s a box made for cozy kitchens, where orchard fruit meets oven warmth.
Here’s what you’ll find in your box this week:
Orchard Pears!
This week’s delivery features a trio of beautiful pears just harvested from our orchard, including: Orcas, Comice, and Seckel varieties.
House-Blend Dry Rub
Made with a mixture of savory spices including garlic, thyme and smoked sea salt, our house-blend is excellent rubbed on chicken, beef, fish and even seasonal vegetables—think bell pepper slices, sweet onion rounds or corn on the cob!
Pain au Levain Bread
This slightly-nutty, slightly-sweet sourdough baguette epitomizes French country-style baking with a chewy crust and light, airy interior. Baked by our favorite bakery in Snohomish, this traditional Pain au Levain is crafted using the bakery’s own sourdough starter.
Nashi Orchards Non Alcoholic Sparkling Korean Giant Perry
Located on Vashon Island, Nashi Orchards uses sustainable practices to grow the Asian and European pears and heirloom apples that are then handcrafted into award-winning hard ciders and perries. Hand-crafted from Korean Giant Pears, this slightly sparkling beverage contains no added sugars and is pleasantly sweet from the ripe Asian pears.
Farm Fresh Eggs
Our small flock of laying hens is made up of three heritage breeds: Black Copper Maran, Ameraucana, and Delaware. As they spend plenty of time outdoors in nice weather, they are also enjoying garden trimmings to supplement their diet as they continue to give us fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, green, beige and cream.
Tunawerth Creamery Greek Yogurt
Perfectly-creamy, yet delightfully-tangy, this lovely yogurt hails from a small, family-operated creamery located in Tenino, Washington.
Nookachamps Farms Organic Hazelnuts
Try adding a sprinkling of these delicious Northwest nuts to a salad of fresh fall greens or to a platter of roasted beets!

This week’s beautiful selection of greens includes Little Gem lettuce, plus red Chioggia and mixed radicchio.
