Paired with additional holiday party provisions such as balsamic-glazed pickled Cipollini onions, sweet garlic confit and fresh herb compound butter, this festive box is rounded out by such seasonal produce as Brussels sprouts, leeks and Beech mushrooms. Skagit River Ranch Breakfast Sausage
With a flavor profile that includes hints of sweet maple syrup and savory spices, this incredible breakfast sausage is made from all-natural pork raised on the Skagit River Ranch in Sedro-Woolley. These pampered pigs roam outdoors in certified-organic pasture land to root and dig, thriving on a diet of flax seed, corn and wheat.
Balsamic Cipollini Onions
A true farmhouse favorite: These gorgeous pickled Italian onions glazed in syrupy balsamic vinegar are a fantastic accompaniment to any holiday spread!
Sweet and mellow, yet bursting with flavor, our housemade confit is made with farm-fresh garlic and top-quality olive oil—wonderful spooned over scrambled eggs or stirred into roasted vegetables!

Farm Fresh Eggs
Our small flock of heritage breed laying hens are on an early-to-bed, later-to-rise schedule with the shorter daylight hours. As they spend more time snug in their coop, the “girls” are enjoying an extra helping of grain to supplement their diet, continuing to give us fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, blue and green.
Herb Compound Butter
Sweet, creamy compound butter flecked with garden-grown herbs and shallots.
Crafted in our farmstead creamery from pasteurized organic sweet cream, our rich and silky crème fraîche adds a beautiful finishing touch to poached pears.
Our richy, meaty beef broth is simmered slowly for hours along with carrots, onions, parsley and celery and seasoned with a dash of sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Red Bartlett pears and a medley of fresh citrus.
