This locally-made BBQ sauce is crafted from a treasured family recipe, utilizing natural ingredients and spices to achieve its signature smoky flavor and spicy-sweet twang. Wonderful served as a condiment or atop pulled pork, smoked chicken, brats or burgers, the gluten-free sauce also makes a great marinade.

Housemade BBQ Beans

Our take on the American classic, these slow-simmered beans are spiced with ketchup, mustard and just a touch of brown sugar.

Pain au Levain Bread

This slightly-nutty, slightly-sweet sourdough loaf epitomizes French country-style baking with a chewy crust and light, airy interior. Baked by our favorite bakery in Snohomish, this traditional Pain au Levain is crafted using the bakery’s own sourdough starter.

Silver City Ziggy Zoggy Summer Lager

Inspired by one of Brewmaster Don Spencer’s many excursions to Germany to study the art of lager crafting, the Ziggy Zoggy is Silver City’s refreshing interpretation of a Zwickelbier, a type of young lager. Bright and vibrant, this unfiltered lager balances crisp and elegant honey-like malt flavor with assertive, spicy Sterling hop character.

Farm Fresh Eggs

Busy scratching through the straw mulch in their spacious outdoor run looking for tasty bugs and worms on nice days, our heritage breed laying hens are also thoroughly enjoying a bounty of sprouting seeds and spring popweed, in turn supplying us with fresh eggs in beautiful shades of blues, green and brown.

Crafted in our farmstead creamery from pasteurized organic sweet cream, our rich and silky crème fraîche is the perfect finishing touch to strawberry shortcake!

Cream Shortcake Mix

Just add cream! Made from organic flour, sugar and sweet butter, plus aluminum-free baking powder and a dash of sea salt, our housemade shortcake mix bakes up crumbly and moist, yet light and airy.
