Also featuring fresh lemon-pepper linguine, a French baguette and our own Nonna Pat’s traditional eggplant caponata, this lineup of seasonal favorites invites you to immerse yourself in the kitchen with a glass of wine—and enjoy!

Lemon-Pepper Linguine Pasta

Hand-crafted from wholesome, quality ingredients by Bellingham Pasta Co., this fresh linguine is kissed with citrusy lemon and fresh-cracked black pepper for incredible flavor.

Nonna Pat’s Eggplant Caponata

Crafted in the farmhouse kitchen using our own Nonna Pat’s treasured family recipe, this traditional Tuscan relish combines hearty eggplant, peppers, briny capers and juicy golden raisins and is lovely spread on toasted French bread.

French Baguette

Baked just for us by our favorite small bakery in nearby Snohomish, this fresh loaf embodies classic French baking with a delightfully-crisp crust and an airy interior.

Kiona Vineyards Columbia Valley Chenin Blanc 2018

Crafted from Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Columbia Valley, this crisp, dry white wine features refreshing aromas of tart green apples, plus hints of tropical fruit and a mouth-watering acidity that make it a wonderful pairing for this week’s spring-influenced pasta main.

Farm Fresh Eggs

Spending their time dodging raindrops on wet spring days, or strutting around their enclosure on sunny ones, our heritage breed laying hens are now also enjoying the tasty green popweed we pull from the garden, in turn supplying us with eggs in beautiful shades of brown, beige and cream.

Seasonal Organic Greens

Pea shoots, sunflower shoots and a mix of spring salad greens.

Cosmic Queen Oyster Mushrooms

Locally-foraged Oyster mushrooms, which boast a beautifully-meaty, mellow flavor when cooked in a little butter or chicken stock.
