The flavors of spring continue to delight, this week in a produce-packed brunch featuring organic Skagit River Ranch breakfast sausage patties, tangy Greek yogurt and beautiful farm-fresh eggs to poach, fry or scramble as you please. Accented by multigrain bread, our housemade herb vinaigrette and colorful produce including purple sprouting broccolini, pea shoots, baby pac choi and the first of the ruby-red spring rhubarb, this breakfast is fit for a laidback weekend gathering.

Skagit River Ranch Breakfast Sausage Patties

With a flavor profile that includes hints of sweet maple syrup and savory spices, these incredible breakfast sausage patties are made from the all-natural pork raised on the Skagit River Ranch in Sedro-Woolley. These pampered pigs roam outdoors in certified-organic pasture land to root and dig, thriving on a diet of flax seed, corn and wheat.

Multigrain Bread

Crafted in nearby Snohomish by our favorite bakery, this healthy freshly-baked loaf is made with locally-milled Shepherd’s Grain flour and seven different whole grains, plus a hint of honey and toasted sunflower seeds.

Housemade Herb Vinaigrette

A light, flavorful salad dressing crafted from fresh garlic, minced shallots and a variety of fresh herbs blended with vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil.

French Grey Lentils & House Mix Olives

Two of our favorite provisions to accent your salads and sides, dried lentils and our house olives.

Caves de Cerca Fâmega Vinho Verde

This young Portuguese wine is made from a beautiful blend of 50% Arinto, 30% Loureiro and 20% Trajadura grapes grown in the magnificent valleys of Tâmega and Douro, which are protected by the Marão and Alvão mountains. Balanced and incredibly versatile in its pairings, the finished wine boasts delicate minerality and fresh fruit aromas.

Our heritage breed laying hens supply us with fresh eggs in beautiful shades of brown, beige and cream.

Tunawerth Creamery Greek Yogurt

Perfectly-creamy, yet delightfully-tangy, this lovely yogurt hails from a small, family-operated creamery located in Tenino, Washington.

F&L Cobbler Crust Mix

Our signature cobbler crust mix contains organic flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter; when combined with cream, the resulting mixture produces a light and fluffy cobbler topping. Just pair with this week’s apples and rhubarb for the perfect spring dessert!
