Butternut Squash Soup

To craft this incredibly comforting soup, beautiful Butternut squash is first roasted with top-quality olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper, and then blended with garden-fresh herbs, fragrant ginger, our housemade chicken stock and a splash of silken cream.

Multigrain Bread

Crafted in nearby Snohomish by our favorite bakery, this healthy freshly-baked loaf is made with locally-milled Shepherd’s Grain flour and seven different whole grains, plus a hint of honey and toasted sunflower seeds.

Cairnspring Mills Whole Grain Expresso Bread Flour

This Burlington-based company is rediscovering the heart and soul of flour-making by producing small-batch, responsibly-grown flours made solely from wheat grown in the Pacific Northwest. This earthy and rustic flour is perfect for all your baking that calls for whole wheat flour.

The all-important ingredient to help produce fluffy bread!

F&L Bread Pudding

Crafted with warming spices, raisins and farmstead eggs, this is one soul-soothing bread pudding—simply pop it in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes to reheat and then enjoy!
