Here’s what you’ll find in your box this week:

Turkey Brining Kit

Our signature dry-brine mixture crafted from fresh farm herbs, kosher salt and aromatic spices. See this week’s recipes for full brining instructions, the key to an incredibly juicy turkey.

Skagit River Ranch Uncured Bacon Ends

Sourced from happy pigs raised on certified-organic pasture land in Sedro-Woolley, these luscious bacon bites from the Skagit River Ranch lend savory appeal to Thanksgiving vegetable side dishes.

Savory Galette Filling & Dough

Complete with our buttery dough and a savory filling of hearty spinach, mushrooms, plus onions, Grana cheese and fresh herbs, these rustic tarts are both stunning and simple to assemble—see this week’s recipes for instructions.

Cornbread Mix

Our housemade mix produces an old-fashioned-style cornbread with the natural sweetness of corn, making it a great base for stuffing. See this week’s recipes for our favorite version, fragrant with fresh sage and caramelized red onions.

Fresh Bread

A dozen fresh dinner rolls from our favorite local bakery in Snohomish.

Pierre Boniface Les Rocailles 2014 Apremont

The signature wine of this well-known wine brand, the delicate and dry Apremont is produced from Jacquère grapes at the Les Rocailles facility nestled in the French Alps. With notes of green apple and floral aromas, it pairs nicely with a Thanksgiving feast.

F&L Chicken Stock

The key to rich, flavorful gravy? Incredible stock. Crafted from roasted organic chickens, our housemade broth is simmered slowly for hours with carrots, onions, parsley and celery and seasoned with a dash of sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Housemade Duxelles

Chanterelle mushrooms shine in this finely chopped mixture of shallots and herbs sautéed in butter and wine. Try this lovely blend added into traditional gravy, tossed with roasted vegetables or stirred into our favorite rustic mashed potatoes (see recipes for details!).

Housemade Cranberry Sauce

Tart-sweet cranberries and apples infused with cabernet wine and orange zest.

Spiced Walnut, Pear, and Onion Marmalade

This housemade spread is excellent on crackers or crostini, fragrant with spices and sweet pear notes.

Sweet-Savory Pecan Topping

Adding a nutty-sweet crunch to roasted carrots, squash or sweet potatoes, our topping is made from dried cranberries, pecans, pumpkin seeds, butter, coconut sugar, panko bread crumbs, herbs and spices.

Herb Compound Butter

Creamy butter flecked with garden-grown parsley and shallots.
