This November, cookbook author and culinary instructor Omid Roustaei invites you on a culinary journey into the heart of Iranian traditions, reimagined for the holiday table. Gathering together in our warm and cozy farmhouse kitchen, we’ll prepare a saffron-glazed stuffed chicken with fruits and nuts (Morgh Shekam Por), a fragrant beef and quince stew (Khoresh Beh), a golden saffron rice cake with yogurt (Tahchin), and a jewel-toned pomegranate, cucumber, and feta salad (Salad-e Anar-o Khiar). Alongside cooking, Omid shares the stories and cultural significance woven into each dish, offering a festive and meaningful way to expand your seasonal repertoire. This is holiday cooking with a global perspective—rich in flavor, history, and connection.
